01 TERMS AND SERVICES
JABMI Customs provides specialized fabrication and custom design services. By accessing our website, you agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our site to transmit malware, scrape data, or infringe upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any user who violates these standards or engages in behavior deemed harmful to our business operations. These terms apply to all visitors and clients.
02 QUOTES AND CONTRACTS
All initial quotes and project estimates provided by JABMI Customs are preliminary and do not constitute a binding contract. A final, legally binding agreement is only established once a formal contract is signed and the required deposit is received. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and project timelines if the scope of work changes after the initial consultation. Any modifications to an ongoing project must be approved in writing and may result in additional labor or material costs.
03 PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your specific contract. JABMI Customs reserves the right to halt all production and withhold delivery of goods if payments are not received by the due date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or administrative fees. Please note that due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once production begins. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or external tool failures utilized during the process.
04 OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY
JABMI Customs retains full intellectual property ownership of all designs, concepts, and technical drawings produced during the project. Unless explicitly transferred in writing, you receive only a license for personal use. Regarding liability, JABMI Customs provides no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness of custom items for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
